STOPS RUST & CORROSION
Lubricates, Penetrates & Controls Corrosion On Vehicles and Equipment.
Stop and inhibit rust, aluminum oxide, “greening” on wiring, and corrosion from dissimilar metals! CarWell Rust Inhibitor CP-90, aka T-32, is a unique blend of rust inhibitors to control corrosion on ALL metals. It eliminates moisture containing salt, dirt, and air pollutants from the surface of metal to give long lasting protection. It also lubricates moving parts and is an excellent penetrant, even through existing rust. CP-90 does not harm painted surfaces (including CARC paint), plastics, rubber, glass, or wiring.
Application of CP-90 will control corrosion and extend the use of your vehicle and equipment when applied on a regular maintenance program. It can be used on new, used, and even rusted areas or equipment parts (recommended: Evapo-Rust for rust removal). CP-90 can be applied to more areas than any other conventional rust protection like batteries, working mechanisms and moving parts (see list for typical application areas). CP90 is easy to apply, easy to clean-up and the vehicle or equipment can be returned to service immediately. Note: for aircraft/aerospace parts, large and/or flat surfaces (non-creep areas), we highly recommend AR500 Corrosion Inhibitor.
The CarWell product and product support have been used successfully for over ten years and currently are used by many military and commercial fleets including U.S. Army, U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, and UPS. CarWell has Department of Transportation Approval and is safe to use.
CP-90 reduces downtime, controls and prevents corrosion and provides lubrication on all moving parts.
DIRECTIONS
After CarWell CP-90 is applied to a vehicle, the vehicle should be allowed to cure for a minimum period of 48 hours. After 48 hours CP-90 has fully penetrated and can be left on or washed off with a mild environmentally friendly cleaner/degreaser such as VPW SC-1000, SC-Aircraft & Metal Cleaner, or All Clean.
SURFACE REPAINTING
To repaint an exterior surface after CP-90 has been applied, clean the surface with a preparation solvent as usual. Prime within 1 to 2 hours before CarWell is allowed to creep and return, then top-coat as per paint manufacturer’s directions and then re-apply the CarWell product in appropriate areas.
